Vellis collects Data to undertake human resources processes. Data may include your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, your CV, application letter, job preferences, referee and salary details. Vellis shall collect your consent when you apply to us and treat all data in accordance with this Policy.
Data Retention
Vellis may retain Data until you withdraw your consent. Vellis will then delete and purge Data from its technology systems within 30 days.
How to Exercise Your Rights

Vellis will acknowledge your request by email within 5 days. Vellis will respond to your request by email within 30 days. Time count commences from when you submit adequate information to process request.
Vellis reserves the right to reply strictly in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, including the right to limit or deny your request to the extent permissible. Vellis reserves the right to extend the period by a further 30 business days in complex cases.
Vellis will not delete your Data during an ongoing request. Following conclusion of a request, Vellis will then delete and purge Data from its technology systems within 30 days., unless otherwise required to protect a legal right or fulfil a legal obligation.

If you are unhappy with how we process your Data or request, please refer to our Complaints Policy. If we are unable to resolve the issue you have recourse to the Data Protection Commission in your respective country.
